Bio

"Welcome to my website! I'm a passionate woodwind player, educator, and conductor, dedicated to fostering a sense of community through music. My journey began early in life, driven by an insatiable curiosity for connecting people and delivering unforgettable performances. To me, music is not only a beautiful art form but also a powerful way to bond with others and create lasting memories.

Throughout my career, I've had the pleasure of performing across Europe, showcasing my skills as a soloist, chamber musician, big band saxophonist, doubler, session artist, and concertist. After obtaining my master's degree in Music in Manchester, I relocated to the Isle of Man in 2016, where I pursued my dream of becoming a full-time educator. I earned a Certificate of Education from the University of Chester and achieved QTLS status in 2019. For the past six years, I've honed my craft as a music educator at the Isle of Man Music Service.

Some of my fondest memories include performing Glazunov's Saxophone Concerto with the Isle of Man Symphony Orchestra in December 2016 and Mozart's Clarinet Concerto in March 2019. These experiences, with musicians from all walks of life, have left an indelible impression on me and continue to inspire my work today.
When I'm not teaching, you can find me playing at various live events such as weddings, parties, and corporate functions, captivating audiences with my soulful saxophone melodies. I also enjoy participating in several orchestras and bands, and I'm honored to serve as the Musical Director of the Manx Operatic Society.

Above all, my passion for community-building remains at the heart of everything I do. I continue to seek out new projects and engage in voluntary work, always striving to share the joy of music with those around me. I invite you to explore my website and join me on this incredible journey filled with music, learning, and camaraderie!"
